The team of Apex is the compiled team of tourism experts, all the member gained the decade of experience in different wings in the tourism industry. Gyanu is from Gorkha with a wealth of experience in the industry. He began his career in 1996 as a porter carrying heavy loads for trekkers. Later he became a camping and expedition cook and then graduated to the role of trekking leader with experience in both Nepal and Tibet. He has vast trekking experience in many popular areas of Nepal including Annapurna, Everest region, Langtang – as well as the more remote places such as Upper Mustang, Upper Dolpo, Kanchenjunga and Manaslu regions.
Gyanu is a highly accomplished guide with great dedication to duty and a fine sense of humor set him apart.
He has government qualifications in First Aid, Responsible Tourism and English language.
Ramesh Khanal was born in Northwestern Nepal in the shadow of two great mountains, Mt Ganesh and Mt Manaslu. “These impressing mountains have always captured my imagination and motivated me not just to explore but to study tourism as well,” says Ramesh. After finishing his studies in 2007, Ramesh began his career in Nepal Tourism where he gained much experience in tour planning and operations.
Rajendra is from the southeastern part of Gorkha district and began his career as a trekking porter and later, assistant guide. He is a young, energetic, and dynamic individual with a deep love for his country and the mountains and is driven by a passion to share the region’s familiar places, cultures, and local customs. He is a successful trekking leader in both Nepal and Tibet and is government certified training in first aid and responsible tourism.
John, a resident of Knoxville, Maryland in the United States had visited Nepal 3 times (all 3 trips to the Everest Region) and has extensive travel experience in more than 50 countries across 3 continents including Europe, Asia and America. He has a keen interest in trekking, backpacking and mountain climbing. John is proud to be a part of the Apex team where his knowledge and love for outdoor activities is a great strength for our business.
Khilnath is a professional government license holder trekking leader of Nepal. He has started his carrier as trekking porter and became a success leader.
Khila was born in northern west district of Nepal, in Gorkha. The outstanding view of Manasulu and Ganesh Himalaya range inspired him to become closer with mountain. Once he over his school level then moved to Kathmandu in order to complete his study and for work. He joined the industry since 2010; his passion, dedication, and en energetic, dynamic role made him a perfect leader of Nepal. He has achieved the training of First Aid, AMS and Responsible Tourism.
Nirmal is born in Arupokhari 07 Gorkha, a natural amphitheater. He spends his childhood in Arupokhari and moved to Arughat Bazaar, the main trail of Manaslu Trekking. Every day he meets different foreigner in the Arughat, which impressed him and after complete school level education came in Kathmandu for his further study and work with the foreigner. Once he earned his bachelor degree then joined Hotel Radisson as the waiter. During his year of Hotel services, Nirmal served not only as a waiter but also the part of guest interaction and relation. The interest could not compress inside so finally he started to learn Tourist Guiding course in National Academy of Travel and Hotel Management (NATHM), at Ravibhawan Kathmandu and became the tour leader.
A good looking, handsome Nirmal, always impress the clients with gesturing and the capacity of attracting the tourist, give the detail packages of information about the Nepal history, culture, and religion of Nepal.
Ramesh is from a remote village of Gorkha district. His keen interest to be involved in tourism brings him in the industry after completion of his intermediate degree. He has started his career in this industry since 2013. Always smile, honest, loyal and dedicated to the services is the ornating him.
Devendra Lamichane, Dev is a professional trekking leader of Nepal. He has started his career as a trekking porter and became a leader after a couple of years experience. A dynamic, energetic, active boy Dev has already been the most part of Nepal, including Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, and Manaslu. Dev was born in Arughat, the main trekking trail of Manasulu Himalaya. He has used to play and talk with the tourist who had been the trek through the Arughat. So the passion for working with tourist making him a successful trekking guide.
Niraj Bhatta is from Dadabesi a remote village of the boarder of Gorkha and Dhading. He has started his tourism career from 2013, with deep intense to work in the industry. The stunning view of Mt. Manaslu and Ganesh Himal always inspire him to join in the industry. He is very dedicated to the services, polite and loyal on his work. He has already done some challenging treks.
Amar Magar belongs to Sokhumbu, the district of Mt. Everest. With his keen passion for working in Nepal Tourism Industry, he started his career in this Industry since 2010 as a porter. An energetic, honest and helpful Amar, started to assist the guide since 2012 and get the training course of Trekking Guide in 2013.
Amar is an expert trekking leader of Nepal Trek, especially in Everest and Annapurna region.
