Pashupatinath Temple is the world most popular Hindu temple, and also the place of cremation. It lies on the bank of a holy river-Bagmati. Pashupatinath and Bagmati are famous for Hindu holy people, Sadhu, pilgrims. All these people take a bath in the Bagmati river. Bouddhanath Stupa is one of the biggest Buddhist shrines in the world. In Bouddhanath you can see the monks are praying in monasteries surrounding the stupa. Plus, Bouddhanath is also for the meditating course too. Next, Swayambhunath is the stupa, which is on a hill; from there you can see the stunning view of Kathmandu. It is also popular as the Monkey Temple.
The most historical and also architectural palace; Kathmandu Durbar Square has registered in world heritage sites. The durbar square was the palace of Mall dynasty and King Prithvi Narayan Shaha. Inside the square, there is a building of Kumari. Kumari is the living goddess of Nepal, and she will be continue Kumari from about 6-7 years up to her first mensutarion. And also there is a tall temple, that is of Taleju Bhwani. The temple is only open in a day of whole year. The auspicious day is 9th day of Dashain.
We can also see the Drum and Bell in the Durbar square. That was used to gather the public by the kings. Drum and Bell, that made a loud sound, and public gathers on the yard.

Pashupatinath Temple (World Heritage Site)
Pashupatinath Temple, most sacred Hindu shrines in the world, which is opulently decorated pagoda. Pashupatinath is a temple of Lord Shiva and his Linga (Phallic Symbol of Lord). According to the chronology, it was erstwhile to 400AD. In Pashupatinath, you can see the crimination of the dead body and devotees’ dips in holy river Bagmati. Just opposite the temple, there is a jungle, where you can see the monkeys, deer, and some other animals.
Bouddhanath Stupa (World Heritage Site)
Buddhanath stupa is located in eastern part of Kathmandu city sacred pilgrim destination of Buddhist. The loom of Stupa is 36 meters height and presents captivating specimens of Stupa design.
Swayambhunath Stupa - The Monkey Temple (World Heritage Site)
Swayambhunath is the holiest place of Buddhism and also Hinduism, which lies at the top of the hill. On the top of the hill, there is a huge stupa, which is made for Buddhist other temples for Hindus. The place also called Monkey Temple because on the premises we can see the countless monkey.
Kathmandu Durbar Square (World Heritage Site)
Kathmandu Durbar Square was built in the in the era of the 12th/13th century, where Malla King Dynasty ruled over the city. Later on, King Prithvi Narayan Shah came from Gorkha District and invaded kingdom, finally select the Durbar Square for his own palace in 1769 AD. The Durbar has many difference exotic architectural design, wood carving in windows and doors. The courtyard, temples, Kumari (a living god) is the main attraction of Durbar Square. Inside the square, there is a museum of belongs to King’s and reflects off his regime period.
